11. The wax storage barrel is equipped with an automatic liquid leveling device. It can realize automatic wax supply by wax refiner. When the wax position reaches the upper limit, wax addition will automatically stop. There are two operating methods: self-service wax repair and hand-assisted wax repair;

Temperature control area: 1 wax storage cylinder, 1 cooling cylinder at left and right stations, 1 wax squeeze cylinder and nozzle at left and right stations, a total of 5 temperature zones control, the temperature of the wax storage cylinder is 70~90℃, the temperature of the left and right stations is 51~67℃, and the wax squeeze cylinder and nozzle at left and right stations is 49~65℃;

18. This smart wax injection machine uses a 10-inch full-color LCD touch screen, and uses a PLC Siemens S7-200 smart control system. All parameters are set on the screen (including temperature, time, core pulling action, hydraulic pressure, flow, etc.), and all the states of the machine are monitored in real time. The human-machine interface is simple and elegant, and the operation is simple and convenient. The number of mold parameters is saved in each station. After changing the mold, you only need to call out the corresponding mold number to start work, which greatly shortens the mold installation and adjustment time.
