Since the external gallbladder is in a high pressure and high temperature state when working, the inner surface temperature of the furnace is always maintained above 140~150℃, reducing the occurrence of distilled water and low wax water content.
3. Pressure lifting time from 0 to 0.6Mpa within 6 seconds to ensure that the shell does not crack.
4. Exhaust the inner vessel of the proportional valve to reduce the cracking of the mold shell, overflow of wax liquid and pouring impurities into the inner cavity of the mold shell.
5. It is equipped with a water softener to reduce the generation of dirt from heating pipes and external gallbladders, reduce energy efficiency, and improve service life.
6. It is equipped with a quick door opening device, which is simple to operate, safe and reliable, and is equipped with a safety linkage mechanism. The exhaust valve is not opened and the furnace door cannot be opened.
7. Automatic water replenishment, low water level dry burn alarm, electrical contact pressure gauge is synchronously controlled with the temperature controller, safety valve protection, etc. to ensure safe production.
8. The water inlet tank adopts steam discharged from dewax to recover and heat, saving energy and reducing costs.
