2. Operation method: Start both hands to prevent accidental injuries from hand. It is equipped with a safety grating ruler. After touching the grating, the mold closing action stops to protect the clamping.

When the wax position reaches the upper limit, wax supply will automatically stop, and two operating methods can be operated by automatic wax refining and manual wax refining.
9. Temperature control area: 1 wax storage tank, 1 wax squeezer and nozzle at left and right stations, a total of 53 temperature controls, the temperature of the wax storage tank is 70~90℃, and the temperature of the wax squeezer and nozzle at left and right stations is 51~65℃.
10. The two stations can independently control the temperature and operate independently.
11. The left and right plates have ice and water cooling devices, and the mold temperature is automatically cooled through the circulating liquid medium.
12. The T-shaped grooves are arranged in the balance direction of the fixing plate and the moving plate, and a built-in T-shaped M12 nut is used to fix the mold.
13. A compressed air filter device is provided, and a compressed air interface air gun is reserved for each station.

All parameters are set on the screen (including temperature, time, core pulling action, hydraulic pressure, flow, etc.), and all the states of the machine are monitored in real time. The human-machine interface is simple and elegant, and the operation is simple and convenient. The number of mold parameters is saved in each station. After changing the mold, you only need to call out the corresponding mold number to start work, which greatly shortens the mold installation and adjustment time.
