Feature Description:
1. Adopt touch screen + PLC control method, combining wax liquid detection and pneumatic valve to control the inlet and outlet wax to achieve fully automatic wax treatment.
2. The wax liquid from the dewaxed kettle is first removed through the bag filter, and then goes to the wax tank to further cool down to prevent the wax aging and achieve preliminary separation of wax water.
3. Use steam insulation to reduce the risk of oil penetration into the wax liquid and have a high fire safety factor.
4. Energy saving and consumption reduction, safe and reliable performance, and the service life of wax is long.
5. Each barrel adjusts the temperature independently.
6. Electric heating steam generator, pressure below 0.6MPa, and there is no need to check the product every year.
7. The steam generator is connected in parallel, 2 units are used normally, and one unit is standby to ensure that it does not affect production.
8. Equipped with a water softener to ensure water quality and improve service life.
9. The amount of wax used for daily treatment is calculated by dividing 2-4 hours to stand ≧22 hours. If the treatment time is shortened, the treatment amount will increase accordingly.
10. The number of barrels can be customized according to the amount of wax used by the customer.
11. Pneumatic wax extraction and steam pipes can be installed to realize automatic wax supply to the wax injection machine, reducing manpower and improving efficiency.
